Breakfasts include: cottage cheese waffle, poached egg and tomato on English muffin, scrambled eggs with turkey bacon and toast, veggie frittata, cereal with banana, cheese toast with 1/2 grapefruit and overnight oats.
Lunches include: broccoli quiche, turkey wrap with cup of veggie soup and grilled chicken with beet and goat cheese arugula salad.
Snacks include: hummus with veggies, cottage cheese or fruit with Greek yogurt.
Dinners include: turkey zucchini meatballs over zoodles with garlic bread, grilled chicken with string beans and baked sweet potato, turkey zucchini meatball flatbread with broccoli and black bean fajita pasta.
